The FiveSeven Four-Day Off-Site Leadership Excelerator:
Participants will enjoy a beautifully designed and historic location for the Leadership Excelerator. A repurposed 12,000 sq. ft. rural high-school turned retreat center serves as the primary setting for the four-day journey. It is situated on 3.7 acres and offers both high-end finishes and spacious accommodations.
Over the four-day period participants will experience leadership development sessions focused on personal and team leadership development. Our proprietary leadership development framework provides leaders with a personalized, skill-based and measurable approach to their development.
Each meal during your four-day stay will be prepared in-house by our professional chef. You'll be able to select your meal choices and food preferences from our gourmet menu (any special dietary needs will be accommodated).
Whether you're unfamiliar with firearms or an expert marksman, this experience will leave you educated, energized and asking for more. Safety is our highest priority in this experience and we take thorough precautionary measures to assure both a safe and fun outing. Although participation isn't mandatory, all costs are included for each participant to experience firing multiple firearms at our private range.
The links golf experience takes place at the famous Colbert Hills Championship Course. It's an 18 hole course situated in the Flint Hills of Kansas and has a one-of-a-kind layout that's both challenging and fair for players of all abilities. You'll use every club in your bag in this amazing course.
Participants will have the opportunity to engage in causal fireside chats where business or pleasure is discussed and relationships are built.
About the four-day off-site Leadership Excelerator
The FiveSeven Leadership Excelerator is a four-day off-site leadership development and professional growth experience designed for individual leaders or teams in need of renewed vision, refocused goals and recharged minds.
As a participant you will be guided by our proprietary leadership development framework that is both creative and actionable. Key to the FiveSeven approach is helping participants define specific and time-bound leadership goals that are connected with a unique and strategic framework for goal attainment over a 12 month period. The result? Helping renew your leadership passion as well as defining where your leadership is headed.
In addition to the highly interactive and engaging leadership development work, each experience over the four-day period is custom tailored to deliver an opportunity for reflection, collaboration, personal and professional growth, relaxation and fun.

Pricing
The cost for each participant is $3,500 (not including airfare). This is an "all inclusive" fee that covers 100% of all costs once onsite.

Q: Where is the Leadership Excelerator located?
A: It is located at our private upscale retreat just outside the Manhattan, KS.
Q: How are my travel arrangements made to and from the location?
A: If flying, we ask participants to book their own flights to and from Manhattan, KS (the airport code is MHK). Once we have your flight information we will arrange all transportation for you during your stay.
Q: What is the largest airport that has a direct flight to Manhattan, KS (MHK)?
A: The largest airport with the shortest direct flight to Manhattan is Dallas, TX (DFW) It is a one hour 8 min flight.
Q: When is payment due?
A: We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking, with the remaining 50% due the week prior to the event.
Q: What is the refund/cancellation policy?
A: We allow for a 75% refund if cancellation occurs more than four weeks prior to the event; a 50% refund if cancellation occurs within two weeks of the event.
Q: How many participants will be in attendance?
A: If the participants are individual leaders (not from the same company or organization) we keep the groups to eight or less in order to achieve maximum effectiveness. If a group of leaders (or team) are from a single company or organization, we allow for up to 10 participants to attend.
Q: Can we bring our entire team?
A: Yes. We encourage team participation and allow for a total of 10 participants if they are from the same company or organization.
Q: What's the schedule of events?
A: Although the full schedule will be sent after sign-up, Arrival is on Wednesday anytime before 5 pm and departure is on Saturday anytime after 9:00 am (special arrangements can be made for participants that want to say an extra night and depart on Sunday)
Q: Can I bring my own golf clubs to the Excelerator?
A: Yes! However, if you prefer not to, we will provide a set for you at the course.
Q: Are there any additional expenses not covered by the $3,500 fee?
A: Other than your air fare (if you're flying) no. The $3,500 fee covers all expenses (room, meals, activities/experiences, and all materials). Should you select a Sunday departure additional room charges may apply.
Q: Is there any prep work to be completed before I attend the Excelerator?
A: Yes. Each participant will complete a leadership assessment that helps us get to know you better as well as prepare you for certain elements of our leadership sessions.
Q: When will I be able to select meal options and food preferences?
A: After you book, you'll will receive a guest assessment for food dietary preferences (we will accommodate any special dietary needs).
