Who should enroll in the EXCEL GM™ program?

EXCEL is tailored for leaders in most industries, however the program is ideally suited for Regional leaders, General Managers and Assistant Managers in a multi-unit enterprise structure. Participants must have a desire to undergo personal leadership development (evidenced by a commitment to the annual leadership activities).

What can participants expect?

At EXCEL, we believe in moving beyond the mediocre. Our passion is developing people for the purpose of

improving teams and business outcomes. Participants can expect to be challenged, encouraged, inspired and

empowered. EXCEL participants will experience weekly and bi-weekly coaching, learning and development activities aimed at driving change in leadership thinking and behavior.

Is the EXCEL program remote or in-person?

The bi-weekly EXCEL cohort sessions are delivered via Zoom to accommodate participants located in different geographic locations, however it is recommended that the 2-day kick-off sessions and quarterly GAP sessions occur in person.

Do you recommend specific accommodations when attending the 2-day onsite event?

Yes. We can provide a list of preferred accommodations and transportation options upon request.

What are the program costs?

The annual program cost is $3,500 per participant. This does not include expenses for the 2-day onsite kick-off event (i.e. food, travel, accommodations, etc).

What is the EXCEL Leadership Professional™ designation?

The EXCEL Leadership Professional™ designation is a recognition of a participants ability to drive excellence in leadership and business outcomes. Specifically, participants that earn the designation are recognized as leaders demonstrating achievement in, and commitment to, driving excellence in the following areas: personal leadership development; employee engagement, customer experience and operational excellence (three achievement levels are available ).

When is the EXCEL Leadership Professional™ designation earned?

The EXCEL Leadership Professional™ designation is earned after the participant has completed one full year of EXCEL training and development. Specific participation and outcomes requirements apply.

Can the EXCEL program be white labeled, privately branded or modified to fit our brand standard?
